During the event we will host a real estate seminar breaking down the exact steps to investing in Dubai. You will learn what mistakes to avoid, which areas to invest and be presented with opportunities to invest LIVE.
Not only that, we will take you to developers showrooms for property tours so that you can see, touch and feel the real estate for yourself. Finally, we mix in some fun and interactive group activities so that you can network and build relationships with locals as well as your fellow expat international investors.

Seminar & Property Tour Day
In the morning, you will attend a formal seminar where we break down all the steps it takes from A to Z on how to become an international investor in Dubai. You will learn the steps to purchase off-plan/new construction properties. In the afternoon, we will visit one developer office for a sales presentation, model home tour and more. There will be affordable options for first time investors as well as high-end options for experienced investors.

The Dubai Mastermind is a 4-day event from December 9th – 12th with different events taking place every day. There will be a mix of fun and education.You are welcome to come early and extend your stay to have more time to enjoy Dubai
We will have entertainment scheduled during your visit for the group. You will also have time to do your own thing. We will provide recommendations to some of the top attractions in Dubai that you can take advantage of during your stay.
Registration will end once the allotted number of seats sell out. First come first serve basis so it’s best to register now.
Yes, children are allowed to attend. We prefer the educational events to be for attendees ages 13+ and older. However, nanny services are available at an affordable cost as well if you plan to travel with young children. Entertaiment events will be reserved for adults 18+ and older.
The registration fee is non-refundable.
Yes, the ticket price is per person. We encourage couples to also use this as a time to rekindle the flame. Dubai is a great place to do so.
Our Host Hotel will be JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai located in Downtown Dubai Sheikh Zayed Road, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 121000
You are not required to stay at the host hotel. However, that is the central meeting place where the bus will pick up and drop off.
Yes, all transportation to and from the scheduled events will be included unless otherwise specified.
Emirates, Qatar Airways, Delta/KLM, Air Canada, Air France, but feel free to choose whoever you feel most comfortable with.
We recommend that you book your flight as soon as possible for the best rates and to secure your flight. We suggest that you purchase trip insurance for any changes or cancellations. When booking your flight itinerary, we recommend that you land the day before or the morning of the event & leave the following day after the event.
Dubai is the 3rd safest country in the world. And once you meet the group we all become family and look out for each other. You don’t have to worry about not having a friend. You will meet others while you’re here.
You will receive an itinerary video discussing the dress code for each day during our group activities. But don’t worry it’s not restrictive.
At a minimum down payment of 10-20% will be required to purchase. However, my partners give special rates for my attendees. You will learn more about this upon registration.
