Dearonne Bethea is a corporate business owner, real estate investor, and founder/CEO of Band of Brothers Investment Group (BOB). He also serves as the Acquisitions Lead and Key Principal of Tri-City Equity Group and is a U.S. Army Retired Veteran Chief Warrant Officer Four.

Paula helps her real estate, lending, and leasing clients achieve their goals. Her extensive experience in the commercial real estate industry allows her to negotiate and craft solutions to each client's specific needs. Having practiced as a solo attorney and with a major international law firm gives her unique insight to matters important to large corporate clients as well as the small business owner.

Paula is also an adjunct professor at SMU Cox School of Business in Dallas, where she teaches Real Estate Law. She was the 2018 President of the Dallas Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women ("CREW"). In 2023, Paula was honored with the CREW Dallas Outstanding Achievement Award, the highest award given to a CREW Dallas Member representing a lifetime achievement in the CRE industry. She has been named to the lists of "Best Lawyers in Dallas", "Best Women Lawyers in Dallas" and "Best Lawyers in Dallas Under 40" by D Magazine, and "The Best Lawyers in America" by Best Lawyers®. Andrew Russell is a Managing Director with Lument’s conventional multifamily production team, where he is responsible for originating Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD/FHA, and balance sheet loans for clients nationwide. In addition to originating Lument’s direct capital solutions, Andrew is also responsible for the brokerage of debt and equity solutions on behalf of his clients. Andrew is based in Dallas, Texas.

Prior to joining Lument, Andrew was a Senior Vice president with BWE, where he was responsible for approximately $3 billion of direct loan originations through various debt and equity programs. Prior to BWE, Andrew was an associate with Newmark, where he was involved in the origination, underwriting, processing, and closing of $3 billion in multifamily transactions.

Andrew is an active member in his community and works with multifamily owners locally and nationwide to implement community enrichment initiatives to improve the lives of lower-income families.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Business Economics and History from the University of Texas at Austin.

Before joining Colliers, Mark co-founded and served as Executive Managing Director of GREA. Earlier in his career, he served as a Field Artillery Officer in the U.S. Army during Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan, and later transitioned into the commercial sector, where he applied his leadership and analytical skills to business development before moving into real estate full-time.

Byron's career in commercial real estate began in 2017 working as an assistant analyst for the SVN | Investment Sales Group. By the start of 2018 Byron transitioned into an associate Broker role where he closed over $28MM in transactions in his first full year, earning the recognition as a “Top Producer.” Byron's focus includes brokering the acquisition/disposition of land, SFR portfolios, and multi-family assets in the Texas and Oklahoma markets, as well as the placement of debt on those transactions. Since the start of his career, Byron has played a role in over 50 closed transactions with a volume in 2021 totaling over $57MM, earning him the recognition from D-CEO as a DFW 2022 “Power Broker.”

Byron's prior experience includes 14 years of working in Commercial Property and Casualty insurance sales. Byron developed his strong business acumen through his experience helping business and property owners alike. Byron's ability to assist property owners through soft and hard markets and navigate the nuances of premium savings and loss control strategies have proven a key driver of NOI and investment performance. His experience in P&C insurance, real estate finance, and tenure with GREA, equip him as needed to advise investors through market cycles, and the critical decision-making process to maximize returns from acquisition through disposition. The key to Byron's success is putting his client's needs first.

Byron attended Collin College where he earned his Associate in Arts in Business with summa cum laude honors. After Collin College Byron attended Southern Methodist University and graduated with a BBA in real estate finance from the Cox School of Business. Byron is a proud father of his daughter, Evie Griffith. When Byron is not selling real estate, he can be found spending time with his family.

Spencer has been practicing property tax law since 2019 and represents commercial property owners of all types, including office, build-to-rent projects, mixed-use developments, retail, multifamily, industrial, hotels, and many other types across Texas. Typical representation includes valuation disputes, pre-acquisition analyses, exemptions, abatements, and delinquent tax issues. Spencer advocates for property owners on numerous tax issues, both at the administrative level, before the Administrative Review Board, and in litigation.

Spencer graduated magna cum laude with his undergraduate degree in Economics from Texas Tech University in 2016 and went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in 2019. While at Texas Tech University, Spencer gained experience at Parker Hannifin in the purchasing department and later at Transwestern Commercial Real Estate in their Tenant Advisory Group. Throughout his undergraduate experience, Spencer developed an interest in the complex machines and inventory at Parker Hannifin, as well as in the different levels of finish-out that landlords would offer, which he observed while helping brokers tour properties with prospective tenants. While at Dedman School of Law, Spencer externed with Judge Martin Hoffman of the 68th Civil District Court and performed public service for Children at Risk. Spencer began clerking at Estes & Gandhi, PC in January 2019 and joined full-time in August, as an associate attorney, post-graduation. In 2024, Spencer became a Shareholder and joined the leadership team at Estes & Gandhi, PC (now Estes & Banks, PC).

Spencer is a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation and became a Certified Member of the Institute (CMI) in 2024. He is admitted to practice in any Texas court and is ready to advise property owners regarding a wide array of property tax-related issues.
