Authorized DOD SkillBridge Training
As an authorized industry partner, Band of Brothers Investment Group offers unpaid internships to motivated service members during their final 180 days of service. While the military continues to pay your wages and benefits, you gain early access to extensive experience in the civilian workforce at no cost.
What You Will Master:
- Real Estate Financial Analysis: Learn to underwrite multifamily projects, create financial models, and evaluate property investment exit strategies.
- Business Operations & Operations: Master the Entrepreneur Operating System (EOS), client resource management, and project management.
- Asset Protection & Wealth Building: Gain insights into portfolio management and the "100 businesses, 100 streams of income" blueprint.

With over 20 years of experience and a portfolio scaling over $200M in assets under management, Dearonne built BOBIG on the principles of discipline, execution, and service. Having started his own investment journey while on active duty at age 20, he is dedicated to teaching financial literacy and empowering fellow veterans to build a legacy of wealth.
A High Probability of Success
We align with the newest DOD standards, focusing on a high probability of employment upon completion. Our goal is to ensure that at least 75%—and ideally over 85%—of our successful interns receive qualifying offers of immediate post-service employment.
